We are a reception-free clinic, so can be a little hard to get hold of while we’re massaging.

We have a cancellation policy that dictates that if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you must pay full price. Please understand our therapists are self-employed and this greatly impacts their ability to fill that time slot if you can not attend your appointment.
We do not take walk-ins, please make an appointment with a therapist if you'd like a massage. It pays to organise a massage in advance; we hate to disappoint, but we don't always have same day appointments available.

Monday-Friday 10am-8pm
Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm
